This is a full-time position, that will require 4 days minimum in-office (potential flexibility to WFH on certain Mondays or Fridays, depending on Co-CEO’s schedule and needs).

What You Will Do

  • Organize and oversee the Co-CEO’s calendar, ensuring the prioritization of appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the gatekeeper by screening inquiries and meetings to ensure the Co-CEO’s time is used efficiently
  • Process heavy travel and expense reporting in Concur
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries ensuring a smooth experience by proactively anticipating the Co-CEO’s needs
  • Provide some personal assistance as needed
  • May require minimal after-hour support (evenings/weekends)

Your Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional follow-through
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization and interact effectively with customers and vendors
  • Skilled with technology and agile in learning new systems and processes
  • Confident enough to make high-level decisions independently, but not easily intimated by feedback regarding mistakes or changes
  • Highest level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preferably supporting C-level executives in a corporate/business environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendar)
  • Experience using Slack and Concur
